FSX has online capabilities, so (and I dont remember if you both fly FSX) if you want to you could just go online, and fly the legs together, FSFS wont mind at all. That would really be cool, just think of the screenshots you could take, out of the window looking at each others plane..... try it out!

Hey, Thanks Ole!

I use FSX, and it would be great if Jacob has FSX too. As you have quoted above, I think that it would be a blast to fly together and take screenshots of one another Flying side by side! Let's see what Jacob has to say about his Flight Simulator type. By the way, I like his Airplane! I Wonder where he got it!

Cheers,

Garrick.

Hi Garrick, Ole,

Sadly I do have FSX, but don't use it for now.
The reasons are:
1. Many addons for FS9, who are not available for FSX jet
2. Performance issues on my PC configuration.

Probably I will decide to switch after summer.

Perhaps you can fly with an other enthusiast?

Kindly regards,

Jacob.

Hi Jacob,

I too have FS2004. We can both still fly together online! I use FSX because of the High End Gaming Computer I have Purchased. I agree with you about the add-on situation for FSX. Most of my Aircraft designs were made when FS2004 Came out. I have created over 500 UI aircraft that are for FS2004 and now I want to convert them to work with FSX. I use to sell them as part of my company product line for Flight Simulations.

If you woud like to try and connect with me over the internet to fly around for fun until the next competition, then I'd love to have a nice flight with you. Maybe we could fly in formation. I have a program that will capture and record our flight together and creat it into a video. I have done it before.

Something for us to think about.

Happy Flying!

Regards,

Garrick.
