| Hello again Squadron Leader Well, to cut a long story short my system went into the friendly computer shop in town and had a new graphics card installed. Upon trying a flight (Exeter-Bournemouth) I find that I am again faced with the FSFS window (still showing the characters in the four fields) and it has gone back to Demo Version again. Is this how it performs every time the system is closed down and restarted. When I hit REGISTER PROGRAM it shows a window "INVALID REGISTRATION KEY". Hitting CONNECT it tells me FSFS is connecting and then immediately that it is disconnecting. The vicious circle has been re-instated. Do I need a new string of characters/digits? Your help again would be much appreciated. Regards peterfeb

I have just forked out for the full version but every time I try to open it via the icon on my desk top I am only confronted with the DEMO version.
there seems to be a missing link somewhere. Any clues please?

No. I would imagine a fault occurred on the PC before the registration data you entered was SAVED and so the program is still unregistered.

OK - something wrong with the data entered.

This is fully intended. It is because it is in demo mode and the plane is outside the demo area.

We just need to register it.

Not at all. Please send a screen shot of the invalid key message on the screen with the registration data entered ALSO on the screen but NOT to this forum as your data is private.

Hi:
To send us a screen shot, press the Print Scrn (print screen) button on your PC keyboard to capture the entire screen and then PASTE that information into an email.
To PASTE the screen capture, simply press Ctrl V while typing in the body of an email to us. The email will need to be in HTML format (not plain text).
If you have any problems doing this - you can always just take a picture of the screen with a digital camera and send us that picture. As long as the picture is clear we can use that!

If I don't hit CONNECT prior to a flight will the Log Book still record the details and assess the journey?
