Hello Sales,
I received your email on June 30th titled "FSFlyingSchool can build you the deal YOU want!"
I replied to "sales@FSFlyingSchool.com" concerning that email on that same day (June 30th) and still haven't received a reply. I've sent two emails since and still nothing.
I've received your replies before with no problems. My email address hasn't changed.
I'll send another email today. Hopefully you'll get this one.

Hi Matt:
We've received all of your emails and replied to all of them. Perhaps your ISP has a filter blocking them before they reach your PC? 
I will re-send the reply onto you now with a private forum message. If you do not receive that(????!!!!)  then please post here again to let me know.

Hi -
I have investigated this and found that, as is often the case, the email address on your purchase is not the same as the email address with which we have been corresponding.
We sent it 27 hours ago, and it will be waiting at the address used with the purchase.
I have also sent it to your correspondence email address.
