If you are not getting flights recorded in your log book or not getting the chance to post scores to the web site it is almost certainly because as far as the instructor is concerned your flights are not actually ending at any point.

The manual has full details on this, but until you hear the instructor say "OK - we're starting a new flight!" the current flight is not over.

By default (as it is shipped) FSFlyingSchool will end the current flight when you stop after a landing, but you can change this so that the flight ends when you put the parking brake on or when you do all that and also cut the engine and fuel. It is when folks change these settings that the mystery of "no log book entries" usually occurs.

Just make sure that you are ending the flights the way the settings require and you should be fine.

You can check the settings at the Flight Plan screen in FSFS.

Thank you sir.
I will give that a try. I did change the settings for the official end of flight. Maybe in doing so, I am not following through correctly.

I have a similar problem but my flight is ending correctly. The traditional log book works fine but no entry in my full log book. I see my instructors evaluation after the flight but it is not recorded. Any suggestions?

Please just post in one area. I've deleted the post you made in the X-Plane section as you're asking for help with FSFS2010 and FSX.

In your "Flight Plan" tab what do you have "End flight when" set to (in the "Flight Parameters" section)?
Ignore the red highlight, I'm talking about the section at the bottom of this screenshot:

Hi -

This may be a file access issue.

Can you please email all the files in the PilotRoster folder of your FSFlyingSchool installation to

support@fsflyingschool.com

Also - is this occurring with a mixture of different aircraft or just one - if so which?
