Taking your advice, I reinstalled the voice packe in my ORIGINAL location, and its now working 100%.  I'm glad to hear that you are working on the FS-FSFS switch.  If you get it right, it will be great.  But otherwise, you've still done well.  I'm hoping other readers can benefit from my experience in installation.
