| Fantastic! Everybody gets their key in the end - they are always sent out, but... some folks have SPAM filters, some folks have email addresses given at the time of purchase that turn out to be no good, some have email addresses they don't check anymore, some have SPAM controlled by their ISP (Internet provider) that they don't even realize are there, etc.... The worst situation is when a customer appears not to have received a key and does nothing about it for several days. We can't help unless we have been told that there is a problem. The golden rule is - if the key does not arrive within 24 hours, contact the shop where the product was bought and let them know, with full details of the purchase including, most importantly, the email address to which the key should be sent.
