I got the pro version, ever since I installed it i havent been able to use it because everytime it connectes all i hear its garbled sound and I cant make at all what it says.
I have a mobo realtek sound card and my logitech g35 and neither one works.
Help?

Hi:
Firstly, what happens when, with no other software running, you simply double click on FSFlyingSchool voice (WAV) files displayed in their own folder, to play them?
By default the files are installed here...
C:\Program Files (x86)\FSFlyingSchool 2016\Sound\MrSmith
Are you running any other sound software which is not standard for Windows, such as Skype, Voip, WinAmp, etc?
What are the sound cards listed by FSFlyingSchool on your PC? (Shown at the settings screen of FSFS).
The instructor volume needs to be set at NORMAL for the best results at the AIRCRAFT screen of FSFS. Please make sure that this is the case with each of your aircraft.
Please let me know what you find.

If I go into the Pilot screen and click all of the voices I can hear them perfectly.
on my settings I can see Headsets Logitech G35, Speakers Realtek High definition, Realtek Digital output optical and Realtek digital (output )(Realtek).
On the Aircraft screen, the Pilot is at Normal level.
No other sound program is running, besides fsx, asn and fsx booster.

| Also, this happens even if I disconnect the headsets, or change playback default sound on Windows.

Do they sound perfect when the simulator is also running at the same time but sitting at a menu screen?
If so, it is true that the only time the voices are a problem is when you are:
1 - in a plane in the simulator
AND
2- connected to the simulator with FSFlyingSchool
Have you tried different planes to see if it is being caused by just one plane?
Please let me know.

I had the trial but never got to actually use it. I unistalled it and eventually bought the pro version.

Yes, as soon I hit the Connect button its when everything goes garbled.
If so, it is true that the only time the voices are a problem is when you are:
1 - in a plane in the simulator. YES
AND
2- connected to the simulator with FSFlyingSchool
Have you tried different planes to see if it is being caused by just one plane?, Indeed and the same results happened.
Please let me know.

Hi:
As you can imagine, this is not a common issue and so we need to determine what is different about your PC and your simulation set up.
From what you have reported so far, the most likely place to look is your FSX add-ons, which are of course widely used around the world, but do not come with FSX, not with FSFlyingSchool and so they could be involved in this issue.
If you take a look at your FSX add-ons, I imagine there is some means, in each case, to 'turn off' the add-on so that you can test the results when the add-on is not running?
Please do this and let me know what results you get.
Secondly, please give me the versions of the following:
Windows
FSX
Each add-on

Hi:
This is a very puzzling case.
I am very much interested to determine if any of the technology the add-ons use is conflicting with FSFlyingSchool, even when they are not running themselves.
The first place to look is always to see if the problem goes away when the add-on is turned off, but of course it may be the case that the configuration which an add-on may have set up is at odds with what FSFlyingSchool needs to function.
Can you tell me if any of the add-ons were installed, or updated, since FSFlyingSchool was installed?
Which of them deal directly in sounds?
