I upgraded from 2013 to 2014. When I clicked on the FSf icon the first thing that came up was the tip of the day. I clicked OK and that box disappeared leaving behind it a box that said Invalid Registration Key. I clicked OK and that box disappeared and the normal FSflyingSchool Pro 2014 box appeared but in the (demo version). I clicked on the credits button and the screen came up with all the fields, including the Reg. Key, with numbers already in place. So I clicked the register Program button and got an Invalid Registration Key response. I contacted the FSf company with the problem and got a response to send them pictures of the screen showing the screen I am getting. I got my wife to send a picture from her I phone to the support address they gave me, but I am not sure it will be successful so I am using this avenue while I wait for a response from them. Thanks for any help.

Hi Captain!
By now of course you'll have read the reply we sent explaining what was going on - specifically that you simply need to copy and paste in the new registration codes you have purchased in order to upgrade and then press the register button - at which point, you're all set.
For a quick reference:
FSFS PRO 2013 codes end in 6001
FSFS PRO 2014 codes end in 7001
Here's what we wrote back by email...
The problem is that a set of keys for FSFS PRO 2013 (which ends in 6001) has been put into FSFS PRO 2014.
In order to register 2014 you need a key for it. You can upgrade from 2013 to 2014 for $19.95 if you wish.

Hi:
The photo we received shows that a set of codes ending in 6001 (these are FSFS PRO 2013 codes) is in the fields at the credits screen of FSFS PRO 2014.
In most cases this will be due to FSFS PRO 2014 having been installed into the same folder as an existing registered version of FSFS PRO 2013.
Simply copy and paste the codes for the FSFS PRO 2014 product you purchased (which end in 7001) into the 4 fields at the credits screen of FSFS PRO 2014 and press the register button.

| I purchased the 2014 upgrade on 2/28/14 and the only things I see in the fsflyingschool file for that date are aircraft, locations, pilotroster, sound and text. I don't know where else to look for the 2014 number to copy and paste.

We found your purchase and the email in which your codes were sent to you - but no problem - we have sent the email again.
The codes are of course PRIVATE and so I have not shown them here.
The codes were sent to the email address that looks like this... 
*over***@***.com
Please check that email and you'll see the codes - ready for you to copy and paste into the 4 fields at the credits screen of FSFS PRO 2014 for FSX!

This may be the wrong place to put this but here goes maybe you can direct me to the proper place..
I purchased Fs Approach on Sunday April 20th, 2014... The activation key provided is invalid.. I look at the Video instruction and the info provided on the download Link not complete.. in the video it mention that all necessary info would be emailed to me.. So far to date I have not received it.. I went thru Sun Claro and submitted a support ticket and failed to record that ticket no. It told me that if I had forgotten my ticket no to resubmit with new ticket.. I did and the response was you have used all your allotted ticket requests so it appears that since I can not check the original status of ticket submitted I am dead in the water..can you help in the matter..,

Hi Gary:
We've retransmitted the codes that SurClaro sent - they are correct - please make sure they are copied and pasted into FSIA and not FSIA PRO which is a different program.
The most common reason folks have trouble with the codes is that they are being put into the wrong program - we have several and they can have similar sounding names.
If you still have trouble - please send a screen shot of the program with the message and the codes on the screen to support@FSFlyingSchool.com
Do not send your codes here as they are private.
