| Hello All, I was womdering about having my reg details sent to me again please. I also purchased Flying School Through PC Aviator and emailed them over a week ago and no reply. I can only use the demo and it sucks that I am unable to use the entire programe. I have all the info required order number, etc. Some help would be appreciated as I am not getting a response from PC Aviator. Regards Sam

Please email (for the sake of privacy) the following information to support@FSFlyingSchool.com:
- The name of the product you purchased.
- Download or CD?
- The name of the shop you purchased from.
- The date of the purchase.
- The order number of the purchase issued by the shop or any PayPal transaction number.
- Any email address used at the time of the purchase.

Hi, I bought FS Flying School 2009 and the 172 Detail Pack on Saturday 16 of January and I still haven't received your e-mail (I thought it was because of the weekend) but I see you were answering on Saturday so I think you could be having problems with my email address.
I bought FS Flying School 2009 and the 172 Detail Pack from The FlightSim Store but I'm registered there with another email so, in case you need it, I could sent it to you via private message.

I have emails from fsflyingschool.com regarding my initial enquiries (so it is in my whitelist) and I subsequently purchased the complete 2010 version at 18:44 today.
Whilst I got my paypal receipt, I didn't get the email with my codes. I realise the FAQ states 'within 24 hours' but I assumed that to be a standard safeguard against mail delivery issues. I have never had to wait for emails beyong a couple of minutes when purchasing online (going back to the birth of eCommerce!).
Does this suggest that a human has to subsequently issue the codes rather than it being automated?
It would be nice to know whether this is standard practice for the products.
Anyone know or had similar experience?

When I first posted I did not have the other questions/answers visible in the FAQ, it only showed the 'squadronleader' one regarding unknown email addresses appeal. I have no idea why; but anyway after my posting and a browser refresh I could then see other contributions and issues, so apologies for what looks like a similar topic to others.
That said, I'd still like my codes and an answer as to why I managed to receive emails from the domain earlier today but not the one I want the most. I suspect my theory about it being a manual process might be a good one ;-)
