Please note that we email your products to the address we have for you (obviously).
This is the address we are given when the sale is made. Some folks have since changed their email address and as a result they do not check the email address used with the purchase.
If your old email address (if used with a recent purchase) is no longer valid, then you must of course contact us and let us know both the old and new address so that we can send your software to your current address.
