roygre7:

This is the first report we've received of an interested party having any problems downloading a file from our site.

Have you experienced problems downloading files from other sites to your PC?

Are you using 3rd party software to manage downloads?

Perhaps you could download the file again and watch the Windows progress meter as the file is downloaded and attempt to spot any problems with your PC?

Thanks for the clear screen shot.

A normal FSFlyingSchool installation for FS2004 will set up all needed files regardless of where they are on your system - this has not happened on your PC - we need to find out why.

We need to determine where FS2004 is installed on your system.

Is it at:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9     or some other location?

We need to be sure which folder contains the Flight Simulator 2004 file executed when you launch FS2004.

If it is at a different location from that shown above - please let us know the exact location.

Also - please send us the following file:

C:\Program Files\FSFlyingSchool\settings.ini

(The folder may be different on your system if you installed FSFlyingSchool elsewhere).

We are unclear as to how FS-2004 is set up on your PC.

It would usually be in:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9

Does such a folder exist on your PC?

It may be that a reigstry entry on your PC points to a location that no longer exists.

Let me know if the folder exists.

If it does, does it have a folder beneath it called    Modules    ?
