I renamed settings.ini to settings.bad and suddenly everything is connecting..
So i guess as of now, problem solved

I renamed the settings file like stated above, and it went to demo mode. I re-entered my keys. After a few tries, it works again. (knocking on wood)
Much appreciated for the tips. Good to see good customer support with this software, you don't see that often.
