Hello,
After sorting out some serious issues with the Demo, I got the paid version working fine. Then I got an email offering a free upgrade. Silly me, I decided to go for it as the message said it was free. Now when I run FS Flying School I get an error message saying "Invalid Registration Key" and it runs in demo mode. All the fields in the Registration Details look OK.
What now? Uninstall, re-install the original program and forget about the upgrade?

Hi -
As I don't know what you have, from your report, I will have to guess that you have FSFlyingSchool 2011 installed or perhaps FSFS 2010?
The most common reason for what you have described is that you have installed FSFlyingSchool PRO over your existing installation and you do not own FSFlyingSchool Pro.
The mailers we send out announce a free update to registered owners of FSFlyingSchool PRO.
If the above is indeed what happened then you now have FSFlyingSchool PRO installed with a registration code in it for FSFlyingSchool 2011 or whatever it is you own. And so, it runs in demo mode, because the product (FSFlyingSchool PRO) is not correctly registered with an FSFS PRO code.
This is not a problem - all you need to do is install FSFlyingSchool 2011 (or whatever you had) right over the installation again (into the same folder).

That's all you need to do - just reinstall whatever version it was you had before.
If you wish to pay to upgrade to FSFS Pro then of course there is no need to install anything else - just purchase the upgrade and enter the new FSFS PRO registration codes you are sent after your purchase.

| Sorry. I purchased and downloaded FS Flying School Pro. It installed and ran fine. Then I downloaded and installed the update for FS Flying School Pro (5.8.1). Now I get the error saying my registration key is invalid when I try to run the program, and it runs in demo mode.

Hi:
The fastest way to solve this is of you could send us a screen shot of the screen with the problem message on the screen.
To send us a screen shot, press the Print Scrn (print screen) button on your PC keyboard to capture the entire screen and then PASTE that information into an email to
support@FSFlyingSchool.com
To PASTE the screen capture, simply press Ctrl V while typing in the body of an email to us. The email will need to be in HTML format (not plain text).
If you have any problems doing this - you can always just take a picture of the screen with a digital camera and send us that picture. As long as the picture is clear we can use that!
