| Hi I have decided to ask the question here as I have had no reply emails. I have been waiting about two weeks to get the key code. I have checked my spam box, nothing in there. Looking through this forum it looks like a few other customers have had problems. The program looks really good.....but i can't use it! Please help. Thanks

Thanks for your kind words about FSIA! 
Rest assured that we have sent the keys to you 3 times so far.
I will send them to you again, now, by private forum message - please be sure to keep the data private.
We sell many thousands of keys every year and the most common problem with late delivery is SPAM filtering, or if folks use an address, with their purchase, that they no longer check.
If this occurs, we cannot contact you of course.
SPAM Filtering can occur on your own PC and also of course in your email account with your ISP - some folks are not even aware that email is being blocked before they ever see it.
Anyway - I will send the data to you now - please check your private forum messages.

| Hi Squadron Leader, Thanks for the reply. I had thought it strange that I had never recieved emails from you and I knew that a Squadron Leader wouldn't do that! I had no idea that your ISP has spam filters and thats where your emails have probably got blocked. Anyway, I have now recieved my key code and all works fine. The program is great! I now fly into weird and wonderful airports instead of my usual Liverpool and RAF Valley. The program works really well. It ranks highly amongst my many FS add ons and I've been flying from the Sub Logic days (still no good mind you!) Thanks again, Andy

Hi, Loved the demo so within 5 mins of trying it i purchased it.
i'm a bit worried about the reg key not showing in my email box.
Maybe being a little impatient, if so i apologise. just cant wait to try it in full.

| Hi SL I am having the same problems with my recently purchsed software and only today discovered that it is a DEMO install I purchsed the download+disk but no registration details so clearly indicated in the movie you have linked us too..
