| I purchased FS2009 on Feb 22 2009 from the Pilot Shop. I know I also purchased an upgrade with the voice recognition shortly thereafter but I'm not sure from where. I have my registration numbers from the first purchase but not the second. (Although I had posted questions on this forum about the voice program.) I'm thinking the second purchase upgraded it to 2010. Where do I go from here? Man is re-installing FSX a nightmare after 5 years worth of tweaking and add-ons!!!! Thanks, Mitch (Edit) I found my receipt in one of my files that were backed up. It was directly from FSInventions. 2010 Item# 10UP9VDL.

| OK, I was able to find my receipt for the 2010 version but the registration Key gives me an error saying it is for 2009 version. How can I regain my Reg.Key????? My old one was probably left in my e-mail which is now gone. Mitch

Hi -
We need to get into details of purchase, registration codes, etc and this must be done privately.
Please send an email to support@fsflyingschool.com with as much of the following as you can supply and we will get you sorted out from there... 
- The name of the product you purchased.
- Download or CD?
- The name of the shop you purchased from.
- The date of the purchase.
- The order number of the purchase issued by the shop or any PayPal transaction number.
- Any email address used at the time of the purchase.

Hi There,
I have flying school 2010. Than I upgraded to flyingschool pro. It worked all well, Until my computer crashed. I Had to install 2010 again, but the upgrade to pro did not work. What can I do? I lost my key for pro.

No problem at all - please contact
support@fsflyingschool.com
with the approximate date of purchase, email address used, product name (could be in a bundle)
and if we sent you the key for FSFS Pro - we would be happy to send it again.
If we did not (if you purchased elsewhere) you can try asking the shop you bought from to retransmit the key. If they cannot - let us know and we will see what we can find.
