| Hi there - I am a FSFS PRO user for about 1 month or so and when I received the email that a newer version was released I went and downloaded it. I went from 5.2 to 5.3 and it seemed to install just fine. Here is the problem I have, It will not connect to my FSX anymore. I had no problems with v5.2. It also will not allow me to enter my key code, it has one in place there already and it does not save my name under pilots. Mind you I installed it over v5.2 without first uninstalling 5.2 not thinking I would have to. Any help would be appreciated to get this back up and running. Here are my technical stuff: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1 (7601.win7sp1_gdr.111118-2330)

Hi -
If you installed into the same folder - good - there should be no problem and that is the simplest way to do it. 
The program does not need to be registered again if you do it that way and that is why you cannot enter your registration data - because it is already there.
Now then - we need to solve your problem... 
"It will not connect to FSX anymore"
Can you tell us specifically how far you get before the problem occurs and when it does, what exactly is happening?
Also - the fastest way to solve this is often if you could send us a screen shot of the screen with the problem on the screen.
To send us a screen shot, press the Print Scrn (print screen) button on your PC keyboard to capture the entire screen and then PASTE that information into
an email to support@fsflyingschool.com
To PASTE the screen capture, simply press Ctrl V while typing in the body of an email to us. The email will need to be in HTML format (not plain text).
If you have any problems doing this - you can always just take a picture of the screen with a digital camera and send us that picture. As long as the picture is clear we can use that!
Make sure you take a picture of the entire screen and please make sure the picture is full size so we can read the text!
