I just finished a thorough review of the FSFS Speech program and the only thing I noticed as a possible problem is that when I posted both of the key codes, the program accepted both keys but neither field turned gray per the instructions. In fact I reentered the voice pack key and hit the post key and got the message that the key had already been installed. According to the instructions, I should not have been able to enter anything in that field.
Does this suggest a possible problem?

Hi -
If it says it is already registered then this can be trusted  - so that's not a problem, but we will look at the manual to see if the instructions need clarification.
You should not be able to enter another code of the same type (such as 2 voice codes) but the program will let you enter text into the field. You just won't be able to save it.
You need to be able to type text into the field as FSFS accepts add-ons and that is the only way to identify them.
