| I just wanted to let you folks know how impressive your customer service is. I have always received fast responses to any issues I've ever had with FS products. I am a sales rep for a cellphone company in a very competitive industry and I can guarantee you that one of the biggest factors in gaining and retaining customers is service. Kudos to your staff for providing excellent service and fantastic products! I know by reading posts on this forum that a lot of people feel the same way. Thank you very much!
