I am running windows 7 professional. I see the XPUIPC file in resources/plugins. I am running as an administrator. What else can I do?

Does FSFlyingSchool report that it is monitoring X-Plane? This info will be at the bottom of the FSFlyingSchool window.

We solved the problem with the following steps:
1. Make sure X-Plane 9 and FSFlyingSchool for XP9 are not running.
2. Ensure that you're using the latest version of FSFlyingSchool for XP9. It should be v1.2 and can be downloaded from here.
3. Check XPUIPC is installed correctly. You'll find it's file inside the "Resources\Plugins" folder which can be found in your X-Plane 9 installation folder.
If you do not have: XPUIPC.xpl and XPUIPCOffsets.cfg in this folder then you need to download this file and unzip it into the "Resources\Plugins" folder.
4. Run X-Plane 9
5. Run FSFlyingSchool for XP9 as an administrator by right clicking on it and selecting "Run as administrator"
6. FSFlyingSchool should report that it is monitoring X-Plane 9.
