Self inflicted damage really. My 'C' disk was full but I had 60GB free on the 'J' disk. So I copied all my flightsim stuff to the 'J' disk and reset the registry entries to point to the 'J' disk and deleted all the files off the 'C' disk.
FS9, FSX, FSHost etc, etc, all work perfectly. Only problem I have is that FSFlyingSchool no longer connects to FS9 or FSX when they run from the 'J' disk.
Is there a registry entry I missed or do I have to uninstall FSFlyingSchool and reinstall it?

wheelie: You're clearly a pilot who knows a lot about the innards of the PC so here goes - No need to edit registry for FSFS entries. Let's not re-install unless we have to. From what you've stated it sounds like FSFlyingSchool's settings.ini file will need to be edited to reflect the true location of your FS and FSFS files. I imagine, based on your post, you'd certainly know how to do this. If you need further help or if - erm - it does not solve the problem - please let me know.

Thank you SquadronLeader.
I have updated the .ini file and FSFlyingSchool now connects to FS9 and FSX.
Mr Smith will be overjoyed to learn that he still has to put up with some of my flying habits. I am sure that one day he will appreciate the skills required to do a barrel roll in a 747
