This occurs when the simulation rate of FS is not set to normal.

To change the simulation rate, see details in your version of FS.

This is the only report we have of such a problem.

There must be something unusual about the PC in question which makes it different from all our other installations (using FSX, FS2004, Vista, XP) which have no problem with the simulation rate.

It may be that the PC is incapable of reporting the simulation rate correctly to FSFlyingSchool, in which case FSFlyingSchool should not be used on this PC.

Please make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of FSUIPC 4 (for FSX) or FSUIPC 3 (for FS2004) - this is free.

There is nothing wrong with my pc. I didn't have this problem until I tried to use your demo, so chances are there is a problem with the demo. What is fsuipc.

>> There is nothing wrong with my pc. I didn't have this problem until I tried to use your demo, so chances are there is a problem with the demo.

We are sure your PC is working very well - it just can't pass the simulation rate to FSFlyingSchool and yours is the only case of this occurring reported to our support staff.

>> What is fsuipc.

FSUIPC is the award winning free software written by Peter Dowson, winner of one of the first awards presented by the IFC and a Microsoft MVP.
I believe you are using FS2004, in which case FSUIPC is installed automatically as part of your installation of FSFlyingSchool, unless you have a relatively new version already installed in which case it is not.

Just what it is is discussed in detail in the manual which came with the demo. The manual states on page 2 that you should always use the newest version.

If you do not have a current version, you should download and install it for the best results with FSFlyingSchool.

For FS2004 you need the latest version of FSUIPC 3.

For FSX you need the latest version of FSUIPC 4.
