Hi, I have installed FSFS as client server setup. Problem is when I try to go from takeoff to cruising using ctrl-shift-z, FSFS goes to cruising then drops straight to landing mode as though ctrl-shift-z was pressed twice. I have test whether double Chars are being sent but don't seem so. My system is FSX install on server under Win 7 professional 64. Also building runway data under "settings" Don't work for client server setup. I get this error when tryimg to build runway data: "g:\pogram Files\FSflyingschool>\\""CMD is not recognzed as aan internal command, operable program or batch file CMD does not support UNC paths as current directories". Which seem to be an operating system linitation.
Can someone help? Thanks

What do you mean by "client server" setup?
Do you mean FSUIPC and WideFS?

Hi: Some folks have had issues with WideFS before and the double keystroke effect is one of them. I would imagine that the problem processing the runway data is perhaps that FSX and FSFS are on different PCs? We make no representation that FSFS works with anything except Flight Simulator X or 2004 and FSUIPC, and this is why we offer free demos so that folks can try everything out first and only when they are satisfied need they consider making a purchase. So - we have no solution for this particular issue at present. Good luck with your project - please let us know if you have any questions.

Ok, the simple work around is simply to set cruise mode to automatic detect and set landing to manual. Backing up to takeoff or going from taxing to takeoff dont present any problems. That work quite well for me.
