| Purchased FSFS 2009 a couple of weeks ago, getting the hang of it now. I think is really good. On take off I keep getting told that I'm "taxing too fast, slow down. If you are ready to take off you need to tell me" But I am crawling up to the take off point, then I increase speed, but always get the warning message. What I'm I doing wrong ? Also can I indicate to the instructor I am ready to take off. Finally is it possible to upgrade from 2009 to 2011. Thanks Ian.

Our shop has an upgrade from 2009 to 2011 at the bottom of the upgrade (2nd) tab.
Sounds like you've figured out you need to move from taxi to take off mode (with ctrl shift z)
