Hi

I am using FSX with FSUIPC on Windows 7 .  When I start FSFS, I have my plane and flightplan selected. When on FSFS I hit "plane", it says "unknown"

Shouldn't the Cessna 172 selected in FSX appear too in FSFS?

Thanks for your input

What does FSFlyingSchool say at the bottom of the "Settings" page?

Also what's the "Status" at the bottom of the program?
- "Monitoring FSX"
or
- "No Flight Simulator Found"?

It will say "unknown" if FSX is paused and as soon as you un-pause FSX, FSFS will get a chance to "see" what the plane is.

Is that your experience?

You are right indeed

Getting out of "pause" allows plane to appear in FSFS

Thanks
