Should I open up FSFS before I open FSX or should I always open FSX first? Apart from hitting the "CONNECT" on the top right hand side are there any other "Must do" operations before FSFS begins to operate please?

Hi:

This is the best method:

Quit all programs.

Always launch FSX first - before you even start the FSFS program.

Get into the cockpit of an airplane in FSX.

Only then - return to the Windows Desktop and start the FSFS program.

Press CONNECT in FSFS.

Return to the Windows Desktop and go back to FSX.

FSX might be paused - if it is press P to come out of paused mode.

Go flying with FSFlyingSchool.

Please let me know how you get on.

Thanks a lot, you've hit the nail on the head.
As a follow-on query, I'm still being told that I have the DEMO version which I definitely have paid for and this has happened at least a dozen times. Is there somewhere really obscure that I should be going to in order to bring up the paid for version please?

Have you entered your registration key in the "Credits" page of FSFlyingSchool?

If not, then it'll be in "demo mode".
