I spent about four hours trying to get the program to run. We offer free demos of all our products so interested folks can make sure they are perfectly satisfied with the products before spending any money. I emailed tech support that was no help. I called and asked for my money back that (profanity removed) the guy off in the sales office. He said I was trying to steal the program.
This was not an employee of FSFlyingSchool. Again - we did not sell him the product.
Somebody please help me out here. He has asked for a refund...

Hi Matt
You seem to be one unhappy FSFS owner. Luckily that is a rare species, but still - we cant have that, can we?
What seems to be the trouble? "can´t get the program to run" is very hard to work on, so please specify what problem you have.
Won´t FSFS start? Can´t you register it? Can´t you connect to your flightsimulator?

I can also say that the manual is not 100 pages long - but 47, and every page is needed to get the most out of this spectacular program.
And finally - I know that the guys in the support section are just about the friendliest and fastest working guys in the flight sim business.
But please tell me exactly the problem, and we are going to do our best to fix it.

Many thanks for offering help Ole - this person has since asked for a refund. We provide free demos. We provide support - usually from one of the developers and usually within 24 hours. And yet - some folks still get very upset... Thanks again Ole!
