Just loving this program but how do I enter a new pilot or change the instructors voice.

The pilot icon page  is non accessible. I can not do anything with this page.

From what I can see from your screen shot, it looks like you just need to press the Disconnect button in FSFlyingSchool. Once disconnected you should have full access to all the features of the pilots page.
