Just after cruise I got the voice mr smith saying ready for landing.but there is still an hour to fly.

why does he say this?

another question is I got 100 times the message

you are below the glides destruction?/ i dont understand what he is saying all the time.

any help?

The manual will help you here. It sounds like you have the automatic detection of cruise and landing flight modes turned on, which is fine if you like it that way, but many of us prefer to tell the instructor ourselves, so turn it off.  

It will have been triggered by the aircraft making a gentle descent.

From what you have written I imagine your 2nd point relates to

"You are below the glideslope..."

which you will hear if you are in landing mode and below a safe altitude for an approach to the airport you have filed a flight plan to or is tuned on your NAV1 radio.
