I bought each of the FTX Australia sceneries as they were released and they are very good. I also bought a few of their airports and then paid for the upgrade to the latest version. Although their work really is fabulous it isnt cheap. If you look at their video of PNW you will see a lot of "sold seperately" comments under the airport scenes. I am not knocking their amazing work but unless you really want to take out a second mortgage maybe Tileproxy might be a better way to go?
