| I have purchase the upgrade version 2009 and just received 1 registration key in my email , the registration ask for 4 , what can I do?

Hi - we have just processed your support questions.  Rest assured you have what you need.  When you purchased FSFSClassic, the registration data you got was all in the form of numbers (4 sets of numbers) but the data sent for your FSFS2009 upgrade was based on your personal data (3 sets of name and address data plus 1 purley numerical set). When you come to register, just enter the data into the 4 fields, just as you would with purely numerical data.  There is a movie of this here: Registration Movie

| No problem - it all depends on which organisation provided you with the registration codes. Some are all numeric and some have address data - but they all work fine if entered as per their instructions. Happy landings!
