FSFlyingSchool gives you 2 sets of keys to use to communicate with FSFS, in case one of the sets conflicts with your add-on software.

If both sets conflict with your add-on(s), have a look at the possibility of re-mapping the keys recognised by the add-on itself.

In addition, our team likes to map the keys to joystick/yoke buttons when flying. Registered versions of FSUIPC for example provide a good way to do this, as does GoFlight equipment.
