Oh rats! More money to spend. Maybe.... It looks very very cool, but thing is, you gotta have more than one. Having to switch between the different screens is a possibility, but not so great. And at £130 each this could be very costly.
But maybe just one to show your favorite gauge, and then you could switch between them as you want. - oh I don´t know. I want it all and I havent the friggin money for it all.....

| Just some pics, info and pricings for SL´s findings. Saitek Pro Flight Instrument Panel  Costs £130
This is the all new Saitek Pro Flight Instrument panel for use in Microsoft FSX only. Via USB it links to your FSX software and displays all 6 instrument panels detailed below by user selection of the 6 buttons down the left of the module. Of course it you don’t want to have to switch instrument panel views you can add as many more instument panels as you like ( normally up to a maximum of 6 to replicate the typical “bank of six” most common instruments) which means you dont have to use the selection buttons to keep switching the views. The modules can be self mounted on a desk but are also designed to fit top of the Saitek Yoke. They can be also be used with any other make of hardware including CH products and Elite. Displays the following cockpit instrument panels from Flight Simulator X: - Altimeter
- Attitude Indicator
- Airspeed Indicator
- VOR1 Indicator
- ADF Indicator
- Exhaust Gas Temp. Gauge/Fuel Flow Indicator
- Fuel Tank level indicator
- Can be mounted on the Saitek Pro Flight Yoke System
Saitek Pro Flight Radio / Comm Panel Price £110
This is the new Saitek Radio / Comms panel that forms part of the ever increasing Saitek Pro Flight Range. Features Comm1, Comm2, Nav1, Nav2, DME and IDT, it connects via USB and works excusively with Microsoft FSX only. Designed to pick up the information automatically this will work on its own, with another radio panel for a complete set up and of course works in conjunction with Saitek’s Switch panel and multi panel in addiiton to the new Saitek Instrument panels. Can be fitted on top of a Saitek yoke if required.´ Saitek Pro Flight Multi Panel  Price £110
The Saitek Pro Flight Multi Panel is a digital display model that shows ALT, VS, IAS, HDG and CRS via a rotating dial. Other features include Flaps control, Pitch control and auto pilot on / off. Connects via USB and will sit on to of a Saitek yoke if required.

Somehow, I can imagine a whole lotta folks out there just filled in the last line of their Christmas/Birthday/Etc Wish Lists for 2009.  Hmmm - of course SimKits now have USB instruments as I recall... Sorry - don't have time to look right now, but it would be interesting to compare pricing and functions...

I wish I were younger, then I could sell my granny and get some more gear.
I love the saitek pro flight range. Saitek are mean tho, I could never be happy with just one gauge, minimum would be four. Anyone got a spare granny they can let me borrow.
I'm still having problems landing with my yoke, and braking with the differential brakes.
Have just brought the teac HP-11 5.1 surround sound headset. Look good, feel good and sound good. The vibration doesn't seem to be working in FSX, i haven't tried it at deafening levels tho. I'll continue to make do with my rumble pad stuck on my yoke for now. LOL
I will hopefully be doing circuits again soon.
Have also just got Flight Simulator X for pilots, this really is a good book, and comes with online extras.
shhh, its therapy.

| Agree completely - excellent book. About these Saitek gauges - due to your local granny shortage, could you rent out your pets...?
