| I do not hear the instructor voice even in setup using the test buttons. My headphone is USB - do I need different equipment. The option to disable the instructor voice is not checked. Any suggestions?

| Hi G2: Let's see... Have you looked at the sound card setup on the Settings Page of FSFS? If you have more than 1 card, you may need to use a different one and that is controlled at this page. Let me know what you find.
