Hi Guys, Since working on the original beta and early days of FSFS I haven't had much opportunity to fly. However, the release of a new version is a good enough excuse to blow away the cobwebs and have Mr Smith lecturing me. Well done (Mrs H disagrees, of course, as she'll be a flight sim widow again). I also intend to buy a new PC to run FSX better and will have to go through the horrible reinstall proces. The question is: If I buy the upgrade version, will I have to install the old version first, then the new version to recognise the upgrade process? If so I would rather bite the bullet and go straight to the full version. Great work. Thanks

Hey there - good to hear from you again! Thanks for the kind words - there are lots of good things in FSFS2009 - I am sure you will enjoy it. As to the upgrade process - this is verified at several levels and you would need your registered older FSFS in place in order to upgrade, but I would hate to see you pay extra to avoid having to install twice. If it helps, we can email you your original registration data again if you need it to save time?

Thanks for the quick reply. I think I'll just burn both copies to disc with the registration details. Although I think I have kept the details of the earlier version it might be prudent to have them emailed. Thanks for the offer. I hope you get a break at Christmas, and have a great time.

To avoid complications... (as Queen once sang...) ...can you give me the email address you want it sent to? Email it to sales@fsflyingschool.com to keep it private. Thanks for the Christmas wishes - I hope you and yours have a great one too.
