Here's an FSU for a classic WW2-era American production aircraft called the Culver Cadet. I'll be posting an update at Avsim shortly, since I've updated the 2D panel to work with FSX (and added ILS for FS Flying School circuit work).

Whoa! Thanks for the FSU. Are you an add-on aircraft designer?

Yes, I've done quite a few, the Cadet being one of them. I use Abacus FSDS 3.5. I'm currently working on lots of other ones, including a Tempco T-35 Buckaroo (coming along nicely), Mooney Mite (nearly finished), Taylor Mini-Imp (a very cool plane, and nearly done), and the "White Knight" (Rutan mothership for Spaceship One).

The transition to FSX compatibility is what's slowing me down. For example, the Cadet *flies* very well in FSX right now, but I need to fix a few visual things so that they are correct for FSX, such as propellors, glass, and re-doing animations. I hope to have an update uploaded at Avsim before the weekend, and I'll leave a note here after I've done that, in case anyone's interested. It's a very stable, yet agile aircraft. Very fun to fly. It's wings are very Spitfire-like.

Creating planes is a fun hobby for sure, but very time-consuming!
