If I haven't ranted and raved enough about my new scenery, I'm already thinking about what's next to dabble into.

Next subject: Weather

Does FSFlyingSchool work with addon weather programs such as Active Sky X?

I just read a bunch on Active Sky X and this looks pretty cool.  I'm wondering if anybody out there has any experience they can share with me on the weather subject.  Any other programs to consider?

I am determined to get the most out of my computer and flying skills now!  I'm on a mission from God!

I would suggest you search the forum - there has certainly been talk about weather add-ons.

I know we had an issue with one whereby the instructor would keep asking you to reset your altimeter, but we've disabled that statement from the instructor until we can determine why that weather program and the instructor disagreed - so it is not an issue.

Beyond that - no issues.
