>> After installment I dont know to upgrade. Do I have to buy again?

Upgrades have been free since the release of version 1.0, but they will not always be free. You can upgrade to 1.9.2 simply by downloading and installing the demo and then registering it if required by the program.

>> Furthermore how can I install the 747 boeing. Now i got the message disconnect due to unknown aircraft.

Please read the manual which fully describes how to add new aircraft. The manual is a PDF which comes with the installation.

>> How does the school know if i park or on the runway?

You can end your flights in 3 different ways as described in the manual. In addition you use the flight modes to indicate to the instructor what you are doing.
