http://www.pilotfriend.com  and in particular the hyperlink for airfields. It will give a pretty good job of all the world airports, elevations, longest runway, lat's and long's which will help I think with non-ILS landing runways.  I'm using it for determining some of my secondary flight plans.  It has a lot of other cool stuff as well...the humor one is good also!
