Before I start, my computer is down; so I can't test it......
Being a Flight Sim enthusiast, I run an "FS Host" server for my bro-in-law, and friends.
Will FSFS still be usable if I'm connected to an "FS Host" server.
"FS Host" servers support both FS/9 and FS/X, but only FS/X has ATC connection.
The pop-up window may create an issue, as FS/X keeps going into 'pause' simulation
mode. Your documentation suggests turning 'pause on task switch' OFF.....so that
problem should be solved.
Personally, I don't see why it shouldn't work, as the connection between FSFS and
FS/X is on the localhost, not over a network, and the VFR is filed on localhost.

Biggles: These are interesting questions and we would be very interested to hear how you get on. We have a firm policy here at FSFS with such queries - we have not done extensive testing in this area and so we cannot comment. The same is true of various add-ons, multi-player experiments, unusual hardware, on-line use, etc, etc. So please - try it out and if you have a moment, report back with your results - that way everyone will benefit from your experiments.
