Hi,

Just a couple of suggestions to help make this program even better

1. is there a way for the program to know the aircraft you are in, and set the airspeed accordingly based on height and distance from the runway? If it cannot be automatic, it would be useful if there could be a suggestion - otherwise I find I am either going far too slowly or too fast once unpaused - and then you either begin to climb or nosedive quickly?

2. Loading bar - it would be useful to know when MSFs has loaded the scenery, as you either unpause with the scenery still loading or are waiting too long..

3. Dropdown option to select one of the approach types with automatic settings configured.

4. Both this program and FS Flight School would be improved if they could inform you that a new version is ready for installation.

Hi chickster25:

Many thanks for your ideas!

>> 1. is there a way for the program to know the aircraft you are in, and set the airspeed accordingly based on height and distance from the runway? If it cannot be automatic, it would be useful if there could be a suggestion - otherwise I find I am either going far too slowly or too fast once unpaused - and then you either begin to climb or nosedive quickly?

This is an interesting idea that we could indeed explore.

Right now the user can of course set the speed as desired - but an automatically chosen speed would save time for folks who would rather not.

>> 2. Loading bar - it would be useful to know when MSFs has loaded the scenery, as you either unpause with the scenery still loading or are waiting too long..

We cannot detect when MSFS has finished loading so this is not something we can add at this time. The best option at present is to simply watch the scenery and wait for the small details to appear. This will take time if the plane has to be moved a long way - but will be very fast if changing within more or less the same area.

>> 3. Dropdown option to select one of the approach types with automatic settings configured.

Testing the overall design with users told us that the current layout is what folks wanted - a set of checkboxes, radio buttons and drop downs so the user can pick and choose specific aspects of the approach. We'll look at what you have suggested as an addition.

>> 4. Both this program and FS Flight School would be improved if they could inform you that a new version is ready for installation.

This is another interesting idea that we could indeed explore.

Many thanks and have a great week of flights!
