I would like to see the pre flight scored in your next update. I know my instructor would make me use a check list or the flight manual for the plane to preform the pre flight check every time no matter how many times I flew the same plane, a habit I still use today.

This is a splendid concept and one that we are looking at.

At present, MrSmith and MsAviatrix will watch and comment on your performance of checks of ailerons, rudder, elevator, flaps and a run-up, but as with aircraft failures, these are not yet scored (we introduce features as soon as possible to add to the fun and overall simulation).

There is a lot more which can be checked of course and if the pilot indicates that pre-flight checks are to be scored then points will be lost for not performing them, and in the correct sequence too.

We are less likely at this stage to start incorporating check lists which are specific to the aircraft. This has been done in great detail by other products and it is not our main focus.
