| I was having issues with FS Flying School 2020 with X-Plane 11.50. FSFS would rate my landings as near zero or zero and it could not get any alignment or glidescope information for any airport. I tested with dlc and non-dlc airports. I also got numerous "Watch you steering" when going straight on taxiways. I attempted to determine if there was a conflict by upgrading and removing addons. Unfortunately in this process I uninstalled older versions of FSFS (i.e. 2018, 2019) and it have caused FSFS 202 to no longer load as it is now missing required dlls. I sent my initial issues to the info e-mail account and then a follow-up e-mail to Jeff Preston with the messed-up FSFS 2020 issue that included my purchase transaction Ids and my registration keys last weekend but I have not heard back. I would like to get your product working again but I need to get the FSFS 2020 installer to fix the installed version on my computer. I did check my spam e-mail but I have not seen any e-mails from your company. Can you please help?
