I have registered voice package but can't find a way to activate it. I'm trying to get to the stage where I can change flight mode using the voice package.

The voice command settings are controlled at the Settings Screen of FSFlyingSchool.
Good news: All the features of the Voice Command Pack are discussed in great detail in its manual which is installed on your PC when you install FSFlyingSchool.
