Hello!
I've got this message when generating runway data for P3D (FSFS 2019):
At first I tried with the MakeRwys.exe that comes with FSFS Installer (version 4.6991) but I've got message of 'Failed to make all of the data files!' Therefore, I replaced the MakeRwys.exe with the one which on Pete Dowson site (last version 4.864). MakeRwys.exe runs correctly, but FSFSRWYS.EXE reports the above error.
I tried with the demo version of FSFS, and with the registered version — the result is the same.
The only case where FSFSRWYS.EXE is working correctly is on a pure simulator, with stock sceneries, without third party scenery addons (tried on a virtual machine).
Maybe in one of the installed sceneries is there any error? How do I know this?

Hmmm, you know, it seems I have found the scenery (by the method of sequential turn off), which causes the error 9. Here it is:
stuff4fs.com/newpage.asp?Folder=CYYJ
Without this scenery FSFSRWYS.EXE runs without errors.
The reason for sure is in it, since I have more than 250 entries in the sim library, and only after a single shutdown CYYJ (2017) runway data generating successfully.
Moreover, if you leave only this scenery enabled (absolutely all others are disabled), the same error 9 appears!
Could you see what is wrong with it, or tell me what I could do in this case?

Hmm, another discovery — in the Runways.txt file in the text relating only to the CYYJ (2017) scenery the hexadecimal code D7 is found in four places not far from each other. There are no hexadecimal codes with such a value in the entire file (which is 150 Mb) in any other entries related to other sceneries. It is probably because of them that the FSFSRWYS.EXE stumbles.
Here's what it looks like:
I also downloaded this scenery from the http://stuff4fs.com/newpage.asp?Folder=CYYJ again and installed it in a virtual machine and got four D7 values in the Runways.txt and error 9 again.
Apparently, for some reason, MakeRwys.exe only writes these values for this scenery in Runways.txt.

Hi DmitryKz:
Thanks for your interest in FSFlyingSchool PRO 2019 for P3Dv4!
Thanks also for your detailed report of your experience with the Victoria airport from 'Stuff4fs'.
Evidently there is something in that airport's data which is causing a problem so it will be necessary to disable that version of that airport.
This is very uncommon, but given the amount and complexity of the data for around 60,000 runways it is always of course possible.
Have a great weekend of flights!

Hi Jeff.
In order not to abandon the Victoria scenery at all, I applied a small workaround — just after working out the MakeRwys.exe I removed those six damaged lines from the Runways.txt file. And then the FSFSRWYS.EXE worked without errors. I think nothing significant will happen — I just will not use the CYYJ with the FSFS.
Thank you!

Hi, Jeff.
Good news — Pete just now released version 4.865 of the MakeRwys utility, in which this bug was fixed, which we discussed here.
My congratulations!))
Thank you and good luck to you and yours!
