I am Brazilian and I don't have the mastery of English as a listener but I have mastery in reading. Is it possible to have the tutor's caption option?

I see - yes - there are captions in FSFlyingSchool and you can have them displayed on the screen in the simulator.
Many pilots who do not speak English fluently find this is a great help.
I recommend that you try the free demo for FSFlyingSchool PRO 2018 for FSX/FSX-SE/FS2004 - there is no time limit - fly with it for as long as you like.
