I have installed the Voice Command Pack key in the Credits/Detail Packs/Key entry box and Enabled Detail Pack now shows "XPVOICEPK, XAPTUTPK, NAVIGATOR".
I have trained the Windows Voice Recognition Software and it works in Notebook.
I have started XP and FSFlyingSchool 2017 with Voice Recognition not started.
Settings/Voice Command/Status is blank and the pull-down menu does not work. Why?
None of the voice commands are recognized by the Voice Command Pack while X-Plane is running.
Can you help me get it working?

Hi:
I am sure we can get this working for you. 
This is puzzling - the drop down list needs to show options or it will not work so...
Please open this file
settings.ini
in the FSFlyingSchool folder and paste its contents into a reply to this post so I can see what is in there.

What happens when you attempt to use the drop down 'Status' menu when FSFlyingSchool is not connected to the simulator?

With FSFlying School Disconnected and X-Plane not running, the box was still blank but the drop-down list was working.
I selected "On-Listen At All Times" and it showed in the box.
I started X-Plane and clicked on "Connect". FSFlying School now hears and understands my commands.

Yes - the setting cannot be changed while you are connected to the simulator; have a great weekend of flights!
