Are there any known issues with b3 of xp11.1 so far? I cant seem to get 2017 to connect to it. I made sure FSUIPC was running and listening on the correct local ip address, but the connect button is grayed out in FSFlyingSchool 2017 (dated sept 19th 2017)

We've had no reports of problems.
Experience has shown that the fastest way to solve such a case is to simply install FSFlyingSchool from scratch into a new folder.
You mention "FSUIPC" - I imagine you are describing XPUIPC?
You also need to make sure you have done this (below) exactly as described in the manual...
"IMPORTANT! FSFlyingSchool should always be run 'as an administrator'.
You should do this even if you are the only person who uses the PC and even if you are an administrator.
To do this, right click on the FSFlyingSchool icon, shortcut or menu item you use to launch FSFlyingSchool, select
'Properties' from the menu, select the 'Compatibility' tab, and turn ON 'Run this program as an administrator'.
