Hi there.
How can something like this not be known for all? Yesterday I came across FSFlyingSchool by sheer accident. I have missed someone to direct my flight, for a long time. I have even considered going to online flying to find someone to fly with me, and guide, but two things stopped me. first, I am not an online player. Don´t know why. I play driving games, and only offline, and I fly offline as well. And second, how could I be sure that the person who I trusted to teach me, was skilled....?
And so I came across FSFS. I took me less that an hour to dust off my credit card and place a purchase to be able to fly within the borders of my country, Denmark. I eagerly await my reg. code (seven hours to go, of the 24)
This really is an amazing innovative addon. To have someone up there with me to comment on my combat flying, and ooops-desents. and to see the result in words. to have i thrown in my face, all the things that wasen´t good enough. after one half hour, I sat sweating, trying to land a C172, just like the first landings way back when I started sim flying. Felt like a complete noob again. It was amazing. Like hearing the sergent say: Stand up straight, suck in that big gut, feet apart... and so on.
And then I started to do the right things. Fly straight. Plan desent, align with the runway, (this guy friggen sees it ALL...) watch the speed, remember flaps at the appropriate time, (Jesus - all the things to do right... YES MOTHER, I´m really trying here - okay?) and I landed, and taxied, stopped, and discovered that I had a bigger smile on my face, that in a long long time when flying.
Boy when I get the reg. code. I shall fly in Denmark. I will get thin, as I will have no time to eat. Can´t wait, can´t wait, can´t wait...
This is, without doubt, the most valuable addon for my flightsim I´ve ever bought. A fantastic product, no less. Thank you.
