This is a support case where a user had problems installing FSFS. This ONLY applies to FS2004! There are a number of reasons this problem can occur. 1. Flight Simulator folder renamed since installation. 2. Incorrect registry entries. 3. FSFS Settings.ini edited incorrectly. 4. Any many others...! The problem would appear to be caused by FSUIPC not being in the folder: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Modules From the screenshot you attached it appears to be in a folder called: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator FS9\Modules If you are familiar with editing txt files, you can open and edit the file: C:\Program Files\FSFlyingSchool\settings.ini (the location may differ on your system if you installed it elsewhere) You will need to find the section of the file which reads: FS2004= (etc etc etc) and change it to: FS2004=C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator FS9\ Make sure the path exactly matches the location of the folder which contains the Modules folder which contains FSUIPC.DLL on your PC. If you would rather we did this for you, please email us: C:\Program Files\FSFlyingSchool\settings.ini (the location may differ on your system if you installed it elsewhere) and we will edit it for you and send the file back to you.

Help! I have this problem. I used to have both FSX and FS 9 installed; I uninstalled FS 9, unnstalled and reinstalled FSFlyingSchool, but I still get this error message. I also do not see settings.ini in the FSFlyingschool folder. What am I doing wrong?

No problem - can you email us a screen shot of the problem and we will take it from there. To send us a screen shot, press the Print Scrn (print screen) button on your PC keyboard to capture the entire screen and then PASTE that information into an email to us at info@fsflyingschool.com To PASTE the screen capture, simply press Ctrl V while typing in the body of an email to us. The email will need to be in HTML format (not plain text).
