Hi Squadron Leader,
I am trying to get my head around the Radio stack/Comms.
VOR to VOR, OBS settings
Nav 1 and Nav 2, when to change stby etc.
How to track a Victor airway, stay on course even, let alone intecept a glide slope!
Any chance of a real basic lesson module on this subject?

Hi BM:
The instructor Mr Smith will of course help with VOR navigation as described in the manual - just turn on
'VOR/NDB Advice' and 'Monitor NAV1 VOR' at the Pilots screen of FSFlyingSchool. 
In addition, be sure to look at the massive amounts of help provided with Flight Simulator X itself, as for example in this folder on your PC
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\FSWeb\LearningCenter\Navigation
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\FSWeb\LearningCenter\Navigation
which contains excellent files such as...
